Arcata Trade Links Pvt. Ltd. is a medium scale Dye and Dye Intermediate manufacturing company with an installed capacity of 1800 MT per annum for Reactive Dyes, Direct Dyes, Acid Dyes and 3000 MT per annum for Dye Intermediates. There are five manufacturing plants: one that manufactures Dyes and four that manufacture Dye Intermediates.
SITE
The Plants are located in Ahmedabad, Cambay and Ankleshwar. They are connected to all the important markets by strong rail, road and sea. All the plants have a robust infrastructure grid for water, power and common effluent treatment plants.

QUALITY CONTROL
This is something we devote special attention to and have invested in processes that make sure we never have to compromise. Arcata has well experienced qualified technical personnel that test each lot before shipment and confirm that the quality meets the desired specifications of the products. For this purpose, the normal titration methods as well as TLC and HPLC analytical methods are used. We also have IC [Ion Chromatography] as well as ICP [Inductively Coupled Plasma] to test the anion and cation contents.
EFFLUENT TREATMENT
The Company has state-of-the-art facilities for treatment & disposal of wastes and effluents. All the Plants are members of the common effluent treatment plants of their respective GIDCs.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
To keep pace with the ever-changing world of dyes and dye intermediates, we devote a significant amount of time to research and development. A state–of–the-art R&D Centre has been established at Ankleshwar for this purpose. It is well fortified with a range of quality control equipments and chromatographers like TLC and others. The computerized color matching helps meet specific standards in regular production. In a proactive measure, experienced scientists continually research on improvements in existing products and processes as well as innovate for higher efficiency and newer products.
