As they say, “Charity begins from home”. An essential component of our corporate social responsibility is to care for our employees, in turn giving out to the community. We have always believed that mutual benefit of employer and employee is the most effective route to growth. We endeavor to make a positive contribution to the welfare of our employee’s children. Since inception, Arcata has been supporting each of their employees to make sure their children receive K-12 education. All of their expenses, right from tuition, to books to high school fees have are being taken care by the company.

Arcata has also been active in supporting various other non-profit organizations; Indian Cancer Society, Animal Help foundations, Visamo Kids Foundation (Calorx Group), Child Relief & You (CRY).
